A sample of projects are shown below: Reliance HealthcareA two story, 24,000 s.f. professional office building with ground floor space for future tenants in Conway, Arkansas. The interior and exterior were designed to give the building a sense of permanence, but with a contemporary appeal. Copper rain chains at the front entrance give movement and life to the entry experience.
Central High School Visitor CenterRAI was approached by the U.S. National Park Service to assist with the renovation of the old Visitor Center located across the street from the newly constructed Visitor Center and Central High School National Historic Site in Little Rock. The old Visitor Center will become a new Education Center once existing exhibits are retrofitted to traveling exhibits.
Offices of Harco ConstructorsA 10,000 s.f. professional office building located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The front entrance was designed with a striking canopy to give it presence even though it sits several hundred feet off the street. Expressive structural members hint at the business contained within. The interior was designed to give warmth, durability and character as well as be expressive of the business of the client, construction.
Parterre Garden Pergolas & Arbors at the Arkansas Governor’s MansionRAI was approached by P. Allen Smith & Associates to assist in the detailing and documentation of new garden structures on the grounds of the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion. The structures were a component to a landscape improvement on the entire grounds. RAI is currently assisting the Governor’s Mansion Association in completing Phase II of the improvements, which includes site lighting.
